As mentioned above, the program guarantees a minimum of 75% improvement in your current condition and the improvement is determined by you. We use various indices and questionnaires including the Analogue Pain Scale, the Oswestry Disability Index, the Roland-Morris Pain & Disability Questionnaire and other tools in order to assist you, and us, in accurately monitoring your progress. These indices and questionnaires are a scientifically valid means of measuring pain and disability levels. With the assistance of these tools, your judgment will determine whether your condition has improved by a minimum of 75%.

I LIE ABOUT MY RESULTS IN ORDER TO OBTAIN A REFUND?

We have experienced rare occasions where a client has falsely reported a lack of improvement in their condition to enable them to obtain a refund at the end of the program under this guarantee. We pride ourselves on being a reputable and ethical firm and therefore we have never refused to pay a refund pursuant to our guarantee.

However, we now perform regular physical examinations through-out the treatment program. Our extensive experience enables us to accurately correlate objective clinical examination findings with pain and disability levels. The majority of our experience in this respect was gained through performing pre-employment health screenings for industry and government employers in the 1990's.

If we become aware that a client is dishonestly understating their progress, we will immediately terminate their treatment. In this rare circumstance we will still honour our guarantee and give the client a refund.

CHIROPRACTIC WORKS PROVIDE 100% IMPROVEMENT IN MY CONDITION?

Yes, in the majority of cases we can provide 100% relief from a client's condition. However, there are cases where a client has sustained very severe or long standing problems which may take longer than the tailored program to heal completely. Such clients, who do not experience 100% relief (eg only 80% or 90% relief) at the completion of their tailored Guaranteed Results Program may require further treatments.

Such treatments at that stage would generally only be required on a low frequency basis, and would be charged at the standard rate of $42.00 (or $38.00 concession) per treatment.

WHAT

ARE THE FEES INVOLVED WITH THIS PROGRAM?

The cost of the Guaranteed Results Program varies in a case by case basis. At your initial consultation a proposed fee will be determined by considering a number of factors. These factors include what we find to be the underlying cause of your problem, your age, the length of time you have suffered your problem, the condition of your spine as seen on x-ray, the type of work and physical activities you engage in, etc.

There is absolutely no obligation to proceed with the tailored Guaranteed Results Program if you are not happy with the proposed fee.

Following your initial consultation and free state of the art digital x-rays, you may simply choose to begin chiropractic care on a visit by visit basis. Each treatment would then cost a standard fee of $45.00 (or $38.00 concession). We also offer a family rate, with children's fees at $21.00 per standard treatment.
