8 Tips For A Healthy Spine

1. Improve your posture

Poor posture is a common problem in our society. Your posture can be improved by doing simple things such as standing up straight and not slouching. My wife has been waking up with lots of pain in her back lately, so thanks for these tips on how to help your spine be healthier. I like that you suggest developing strong core muscles for good posture. She ends up sitting a lot during her day, so this sounds like a good place to start.

My husband has been complaining about pain in his neck since he got in a car accident a few years ago. I suggested he visit a chiropractor, and your article gave some great tips for a healthy spine. Let's start with few awareness:
Start your day with a stretch.
Stop doing sit-ups.
Stretch out those hamstrings.
Stop staring at your smartphone.
Use your car's headrest.
Stop sleeping on your stomach.
Don't cross your legs.

I am suffered from a heavy back pain in my spine from last 1.5 year and i am consulted with so many doctors for this but I am not getting any benefits from them after all this treatment one of my friends suggest me to go for a chiropractor clinic so after chiropractor treatment i get 75% benefits after in just 5 days of treatment in my back. The point you mention in this blog is tacking care for healthy spine but when someone facing problem in a spine then what he will do you not mention. but Thanks for the information and I will share these points in my friend circle.
