Exercise Physiology

Are you looking for someone to help get you moving again?

We now have a Senior Accredited Exercise Physiologist in the clinic!

Jassi Singh specialises in exercise programs for people with a broad range of health issues; such as cardiac, cholesterol, weight difficulties, ligament or tendon tears, joint replacements and arthritis. He will help show you what to do to achieve your goals, and how to do it.

The aim of exercise physiology is to help prevent or manage acute to chronic conditions or injury; and to assist in restoring your optimal physical function, health and wellness through exercise prescription, lifestyle modification and changes in habits and behaviours.

Appointments with Jassi may be claimable under DVA, NDIS, CDM and some private health funds.

Talk to your chiropractor or our reception team to find out how Jassi can help you.

Care that is tailored to your body.
